With three gym training spaces we have membership packages to suit everyone starting from £15.00 a month.

Choose from our free weights room, cardio and resistance gym and new gym with up-to-date equipment and technology including a functional fitness area to suit any style of training.

You will need to book your initial induction to join the gym and discuss membership options with your instructor get the best package for you.

Off peak Mon – Fri, 07:00 – 12:00 & 14:00 -17:00 and weekends 0900 – 1600.

Due to current restrictions we need to limit the number of people in the gym at any one time therefore gym sessions need to be booked in advance by call 01223 418280 or emailing sc@camre.ac.uk

We are cleaning the gym equipment between sessions and have sanitising stations in each of our gyms with hand sanitiser, antibacterial spray and paper towel, we would encourage users to wipe down equipment after use.

K-Fit – A 45 minute body–sculpting class using kettlebells and different training techniques for a full body workout.

Studio Cycling – Using a combination of hills, sprints, static holds and climbs, our instructors will take you through a program designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

Tabata – A format of high intensity training that produces amazing results in both aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Tabata training helps you produce maximum results in minimum time.

Studio Resistance – A class using barbells and dumbbells to offer you a full body, muscle burning workout using a combination of strength and toning techniques.

TB40 – A 40 minute total body workout using a variety of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells and medicine balls. This class will help sculpt and tone your body whilst improving core strength.

HIIT – A 45 minute class using High Intense Interval Training techniques for an all-over body workout.

We have a cancellation policy of 24 hour’s notice for activities otherwise full court fee is required.

Due to the current situation you will need to bring your own mat with you, we are wiping equipment down after each use and reducing class sizes to maintain social distancing.
