Korfball is played at the Park Sports Centre weekly. It runs on a Monday night from 8.15pm-10.15pm (league matches are held during the week in addition to training).

Korfball is similar to basketball or netball, but uniquely is played with teams of both men and women assisting each other to shoot the ball into the korf (basket). All levels are welcome as we we have 5 teams from beginners all the way to regional level. We enjoy socialising as much as we do competing and we make all newcomers feel welcome.

If you want to find out more then check out our website or pop down on a Monday night to talk to us!

Karate takes place every Thursday at 7pm. They practice karate for one hour; teaching both juniors and adults. This art is good for teaching children discipline and respect for others; whilst also giving them skills for self defence. This session is a fun activity with so many gains to be had from it. You will gain confidence from this art and also be able to use it as a way to de-stress. All ages from 8 and up are welcome and at any ability.
