The Park Salons’ Therapists

The Beauty Salon

Faye

I qualified as a level 3 Beauty Therapist in 2009, and have worked in The Park Salon for 11 years now. After gaining some experience in the industry, I wanted to expand my knowledge and techniques, so went on to complete a level 3 NVQ in both Spa Therapy and Stone Therapy. I have recently qualified as an assessor, which enables me to assess apprentices within the training salon. I love my job and take pride in what I do. I strive to provide a high quality service and achieve customer satisfaction in a professional and tranquil set up. I specialise in using Dermalogica face and body products as well as doing sets of individual eyelash extensions. I take pride in each set of lashes I complete – I love the end result and the confidence it gives clients.

Claire

I have always had a passion for beauty – ever since I can remember. I completed a level 2 and 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy at Cambridge Regional College, and have been working in The Park Salon from completion of this 9 years ago. Within my time at The Park Salon I have completed a level 3 NVQ in both Spa Therapy and Stone Therapy. I always love learning about new treatments and techniques, and using lots of different products. I have been on many training courses – whilst working here I’ve done OPI, Universal Contour Wrap and Dermalogica Facial Training. I have also successfully qualified as a Beauty Therapy Assessor which has made me even more passionate about my job.

From a young age I’ve had a keen interest in the Beauty Industry and decided to get my Level 2 Beauty Therapy NVQ in 2016. I then went on to get further qualifications in Nail Technology and Media Makeup. I am now currently studying Level 3 Beauty Therapy in Massage within an apprenticeship at Cambridge Regional College. I take pride in making a difference to someones life with the services I provide, no matter how big or small the difference may be. I love the opportunities The Park has given me to improve and add new skills and I’m looking forward to learning new treatments and gaining lots more experience.

Amy

I have been working as a Beauty Therapist for 8 years now – this includes 1 years’ work experience within The Park Salon as part of the Beauty Therapy course I completed. I have always had a love for beauty -whether it be painting my own nails or buying new products. On completion of my Beauty Therapy course, I attend various workshops and courses to further my education and keep the salon up to date within the industry. I have completed courses for CACI Ultimate (a non-surgical facelift), and for Dermalogica which we are using in the salon. The best and most rewarding part of my job is making clients feel good about themselves. Each day is different – I love meeting new people on a regular basis. Nothing beats coming to work and doing something that you enjoy and feel passionate about.

SPECIALISING IN MASSAGE & EMS

My passion and love for the massage therapist job defines me as person. Since I was very young I was attracted to this job and therefore I got my masseur qualification. I don`t miss any opportunity to improve my knowledge and to be self-defeating in the quality and seriousness of my work. So when I had the opportunity, I also qualified as an instructor for EMS. With a long experience in massage therapy combined with electro muscular stimulation experience as well, I try to be helpful for all those who seek my help, I try to improve their health and make their lives more beautiful. My satisfaction and fulfilment  are the results obtained and the happiness of each of my clients. I may say that I consider myself the happiest person because I am lucky and blessed to do what I like and love
